Current News
Due to recent enforcement actions taken by the Kentucky Division of Water and the Federal Environmental Protection Agency, the City of Maysville Utility Department will be enforcing Ordinance #154.051. This ordinance means that all downspouts and sump pumps connected directly to the city sanitary sewer system must be removed by, October 31, 2008. Read the full Downspout Disconnection Notice here.
