are the Water and Sewer Rates for the territory served by the
City of Maysville Utility Department effective on the readings in July 1, 2024.

All metered Water must
go through rate schedule steps.
Surcharge of 25% of Water Bill to all customers outside the
City Limits.
A 25% Surcharge added to all Multi-family Apartment (4 or
more) and to all hotels and motels with one master meter.
Charge for Sanitary Sewer Service $9.65 per 1,000 gallons
flat rate fee minimum 3,000 gallons.
The Industrial Recovery Cost shall be added to the above
schedule based upon calculated extra cost for Treatment on industrial
sewage,
of not less than $0.05 per 1,000 gallons.
A penalty of 5% on all bills will be charged if not paid by
the 15th of the following month.
